Cooking Masterclass with Chef Alessandro – Park Hyatt, Chennai

Who’d miss a chance to learn some amazing home-made secrets behind the Italian Cuisine? I dunno about you all but I wouldn’t have miss it for hell and I did not.

This exclusive cooking section was being held at the Italian Section of The Flying Elephant at The Park Hyatt, Chennai where the sights and smells of Chef Alessandro’s Italian cooking invaded all our senses.

We got to witness the creation of four brilliant italian delicacies and it was a sheer Bliss to watch the chef in action whipping up these yummies..

Burridda Di Pesca Piccante
: a mixed seafood soup cooked with red chilli, caper and olive oil. Tangy, lemon-y this one had a peculiar taste to it and i loved it.

Ravioli Barbabietola E Caprino Al Profuma Di Tartufo : Goat cheese and Truffle beetroot ravioli with parsley presto. Rich taste of Beetroot, goat cheese and parsley salsa come together to pop in your mouth with every bit. Presented beautifully, A treat for all your senses.

Scaloppini Di Pollo All Francese: Pam seared chicken egg scaloppini work lemon caper sauce and root and vegetables. Chicken coated in eggs and deep fried topped with a lemon-y sauce, chopped capers and blanced vegetables. Heavenly!!

Torta Al Formaggio Dorata Con Salsa Al Sottobosco : Deep fried cheese cake served with berry compote & vanilla ice cream.. enough said!!
